Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute’s bylaws, Mr. Wright was admonished effective September 9, 2025. This action is based on the disciplinary action imposed by the Accountancy Board of Ohio. Mr. Wright’s CPA certificate was revoked, the revocation stayed, pending completion of the following conditions: payment of a fine of $1,000; and submission of proof of completion of three credits of a Board-approved, Ohio-based professional standards and responsibilities course.
